(Agent Recruited RECRUITING RECRUIT) means that RECRUIT agrees to be recruited by the recruiting RECRUITING, with the agreement taking place at some point after RECRUITING has started. 'Agrees to be recruited' in this context means either agreeing, at a minimum, to be a deliberate actor in the Enterprise Recruited For or a member (member) of the Recruiting Organization.
