The predicate affected agent relates a particular event to those agents who are affected by it. (affected agent EVT AGT) means that AGT is harmed, benefitted, or otherwise acted upon in or as a result of EVT. affected agent is not an instance of predicate describing actors in events because it is not a specialization of actor -- if an individual is affected in or as a result of an event, that individual need not participate in the event; indeed, that individual need not temporally intersect the event.
