A class of concepts belonging to a shared domain (q.v.). Instances of terrain concept are collections and relations having to do with soil and vegetation. Instances of terrain feature, and relations used for describing the locations, make-up, soil, vegetation, associated climates, and other features of various types of terrain are instances of this collection.
