This function is used by SKSI to transform the coordinate
system used to represent geometries stored in a PostGIS enhanced
database. (Post GIS Coordinate Transform Fn GEOMETRY SRID)
denotes GEOMETRY but with coordinates in the
coordinate system with spatial reference id (see
Srid For Coordinate System) SRID.
