anthropacity is a class of AttributeValues which are used to organize the context structure in Cyc. If a microtheory has a very general anthropacity value, it assumes less about the existence of a physical universe, living things, and so on. Microtheories which have more specific, detailed, or `dense' anthropacity values are assumed to be `about' civilized people living on Earth. Relative generality (specificity) is indicated by the predicate genlAttributes. (genlAttributes ATTRIBUTE-1 ATTRIBUTE-2) means that in a nested hierarchy of values including ATTRIBUTE-1 and ATTRIBUTE-2, ATTRIBUTE-2 is more general than ATTRIBUTE-1. If a particulary microtheory has an anthropacity of ATTRIBUTE-1, this entails that it also has a (more general) anthropacity of ATTRIBUTE-2. See also Mt Anthropacity.
