A specialization of both geometric form and RCC region (qq.v.). This is the collection of geometrical figures: geometrically simple, bounded (one- or higher-dimensional) regions of space.

Examples of GeometricFigures include straight line-segments, circles, spheres, and pyramids. Excluded are points, sums of scattered points, figure-eights, and infinite lines.

An important specialization of this collection is geometrical plane figure.
