Each instance of this collection is a collection of agents with a particular feature. This feature is usually the result of being involved in a certain type of relationship with some agent, but that needn't be the case. For example, support of sponsorship of terrorism is the collection of instances of political entity that support (in some way) terrorism. Most instances of this collection are instances by virtue of their support of some particular agents or group of agents. But, it is conceivable that an agent could be an instance of this collection by virtue of their willingness to support terrorism in general and not by their support of some terrorist group in particular.
